Virjean Grzadzielewski

Virjean Grzadzielewski, 93, of Mosinee, WI passed away peacefully at Aspirus Hospice House in Wausau on Thursday, September 7, 2023.

Virjean was born on December 14, 1929, to Robert and Lula (Ruby) Grassl.  She married the love of her life, Stanley Grzadzielewski, on September 2, 1950.

Virjean was a loving and dedicated mother to seven children; Michael (Shari), Patrick (Connie), Marylou (Nancy), David (Gail), Tom (Lynnette), Terry (Pam) and Bobby; and grandmother to Robert (April), Emma, Grayson, Grant, Nicholas, Jennifer (Andy) and Scott; and great-grandmother to Jack.

She was a caregiver to many over the years and was always willing to help whenever and whoever she could.  She had a wonderful sense of humor, and you always knew her opinion on any subject.  She will be sadly missed by family and friends but will always be in our hearts.

Besides her parents, Virjean was preceded in death by her loving husband Stanley, her son Bobby, and her sister Gloria Dinon.

Virjean is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchild, her sister Joyce Creske; brothers, Mickey (Nancy) Grassl, and Jack (Mary Jean) Grassl, and many loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will take place on Friday, September 15, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Paul Catholic Church in Mosinee.  The Rev. Aaron Becker will officiate.  Burial will take place at St. Paul Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service, all at the church.  Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee, is assisting the family with arrangements.  Online condolences can be directed to the family at www.bestefh.com.
