Patty Lynn Roddy

Patty L. Roddy, 58, died Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, at Acorn Hills Assisted Living Center, Mosinee.

She was born May 9, 1959, in Evanston, Illinois, the daughter of Vernon and Lois (Johnson) Roddy, Mosinee.

Patty enjoyed needle point, crocheting, crafting, playing cards and board games and puzzles. She loved the Lord and to sing church hymns. She also loved to go on walks. Patty deeply loved her family and was always smiling.

Survivors, besides her parents, Vernon and Lois, include a brother, Michael (Gaye) Roddy, Hoffman Estates, Ill; a sister, Brenda (Curt) Bresette, Rib Mountain; her nephews and nieces, Joey Fritzel, Joshua (Julyia) Roddy, Taylor Roddy, Zackary Roddy, Joseph Bresette, and Jacob (Alaina) Bresette; and many loving extended family members. She is preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth “Betsy” Fritzel.

Services will be at 6 p.m., Thursday, January 4, 2017. The Rev. Larry Moodie will officiate. Burial will be in Mosinee Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until time of services at Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee. Online condolences may be made at www.bestefh.com.
