Penny Ann Swan

Penny went to heaven on June 24, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Penny was born on June 15, 1951, a daughter of the late Douglas and Peggy (Boone) Swan.

Penny graduated from Mosinee High School. She worked as a childcare provider out of her home for many years. Penny loved animals, especially dogs. Her favorite was her two dogs, Chevelle and Skye Blue. Penny was known for her kindness, and her good heart. She was a loving person, who cared for others and especially her family.

Penny had a beautiful smile, which continued until the end. She enjoyed watching TV, game shows and science fiction. Penny loved listening to music, her two favorite bands were the Beatles and Journey. Penny enjoyed being on her laptop, if not playing games, she loved interacting with people.

Penny is survived by her sisters; Pam Cross, Peggy Bartelt, Syndi (David) Sparks, Nancy Swan, and Bonnie (James) Balge, as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Penny was preceded in death by; a sister, Sandi Burton and niece, Kasey Ramthun.

Rest in peace, our beautiful sister Penny.
