Ronald Matthew Olinski

Ron M. Olinski, 60, Rothschild, passed away, Thursday, Jan. 6, 2022, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

He was born Dec. 28, 1961, the son of the late Edward and Margaret (Wolf) Olinski.

Ron was the fun loving “cool uncle". He always had the latest gadgets and mesmerized you with his magic tricks. He loved old cars and always went to car shows with Iola as his favorite. He loved his music and wouldn't miss the chance to attend concerts of his favorite rock bands. His greatest love of all was taking yearly trips to Las Vegas with his brother Gary. He wasn't a gambler but went there to enjoy the shows and scenery where he would take beautiful pictures and have them blown up and then hang them around the house.

Ron is survived by his siblings; Dennis (Sandra) Olinski, Germantown, WI, Allen (Darcy) Olinski, Fort Myers, FL, Gary Olinski, Rothschild, WI, and Maryann (Wally) Raczkowski, Kronenwetter, WI; nieces and nephews, Matt (Kate) Olinski, Michael Olinski, Allison (Kevin) Wolfe, Erin (Dustin) Merriam, Laura Merriam, Emmitt Raczkowski, Alena Raczkowski and Malek Raczkowski; as well as many great nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Ron was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Olinski.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 25, 2022, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. The Rev. Donald Meuret will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service, all at the church. Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee, is proudly entrusted with service arrangements.
