Catherine J. Montgomery, 62, Mosinee, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 18th, 2022, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
She was born in East Chicago, IN on Feb. 20, 1960, daughter to the late James and Marilyn (Ausland) Larson.
One of Cathy's favorite things to do was sitting by the ocean or lake, she also enjoyed the cooking channel and food network. She really enjoyed sitting by a campfire and enjoying a Brandy Old Fashion with friends and her favorite bartender. She loved to play with Bailey, her 4-legged side kick.
She is survived by her significant other Laurie Dalum, a brother, Joe (Kari) Larson, Maple Valley, WA, two sisters, Kelly Larson, Spokane, WA, and Sharon Larson, Seattle, WA, as well as nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Cathy was preceded in death by her sister Jacki.
A celebration of Cathy’s life will be held at a later date. Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee, is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences can be directed to the family at www.bestefh.com.
