Albert Ludwig Miller Jr.

Albert L. Miller Jr, 85, Colby, passed away Thursday December 22, 2022, at Colonial Health and Rehabilitation, Colby.
He was born on June 24, 1937, in Sayner, WI. Son to the late Albert and Ruth (Schovic) Miller. He married the love of his life Carol Brusky on September 26, 1959, they enjoyed 63 wonderful years of marriage, she survives.
Albert was a long-time member of St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Mosinee. He was a 3rd degree Knight with the Mosinee chapter of the Knights of Columbus. Later reaching 4th degree Knight with the 4628 Council in Schofield, where he served as the Secretary and then became Grand Knight. He worked as a papermaker for the Mosinee Paper Mill until his retirement at 65 in 2002.
Besides his wife Carol, he is survived by his children, Debra (Larry) Ryan, Schofield, Douglas (Joyce) Miller, Merrill, Donna Miller, Fort Atkinson, Daniel (Lora) Miller, Kenosha, and Diana (Eric) Grubbs, Rothschild; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Melvin Miller, Evan (Sheila) Miller, John (Cassie) Miller, Evelyn (John) Pelot, and Betty Brandl. Albert was preceded in death by a son, Eugene Miller, a daughter, Dawn Miller, one brother, and one sister.
A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. The Rev. Aaron Becker will officiate. Burial will take place at St. Paul Cemetery, Mosinee. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service, all at the church.
