Glenn Allen Sondelski

Glenn A. Sondelski passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Glenn was born February 7, 1962, in Mosinee, Wisconsin he was the son of the late Edward and Charlotte (Miller) Sondelski.

Glenn lived each day to the fullest. He loved his family and friends. Glenn always had a big smile and spread joy to everyone! He spent many hours on the phone talking to his family and friends. Glenn was very involved in Special Olympics. He stayed active playing basketball, bowling and Bocce Ball. Many thanks to all his Special Olympic coaches for teaching him new sports and driving him to his activities.

Glenn was loved by his family and friends. He had a special bond with his caregiver Toni. Toni taught him many new things. She helped him become independent, so he could live up to his potential.

Glenn is survived by his brother Gary (Linda) and sister, Gayle (David) Derwinski. Many nieces, nephews, caregivers and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister Gloria Retrum.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. The Rev. Aaron Becker will officiate. Burial will take place at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery, Mosinee. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m., until the time of service, all at the church.
