Esther Mae Baravetto

Esther M. Baravetto (nee Stark) passed away on May 31, 2025, at her home in Mosinee, Wisconsin at the age of 97 with family at her side. She was born and raised in Knowlton, Wisconsin. Upon graduation she worked for Hardware Mutual Insurance in Stevens Point. She married John A. Baravetto and enjoyed 54 years of marriage, raising three children.

Family was a priority for Esther. As a daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother she provided unconditional love and unwavering support to all her family, maintaining a strong faith emphasis. Children’s school activities, providing discipline as needed, gardening, care for many family pets, happily supporting summer family camping trips was a full-time job.

As her children grew and spread around the world, she tirelessly cared for her aging parents. Visits from her family were always appreciated and were an opportunity to continue to serve, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
