Emily D. Tsitsos-Thill, 86, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at North Haven Assisted Living.
She was born on August 21, 1938, on the family farm in Peplin, WI. Daughter to the late John and Mary (Mytych) Kostecki.
Emily enjoyed golfing, Elvis’s music and movies, and being a mother and grandmother. She enjoyed a long career at the Elks Lodge In Des Plaines Illinois, as their night Hostess. After retiring she went on to spend time with her family and lived the rest of her life in peace.
Emily is survived by children; Jon Hartman, Battle Creek, MI, and Natalie Crawford, Weyauwega; grandchild, Hannah Hartman; siblings, John (Beverly) Kostecki, Clarence (Phyllis) Kostecki, Leo Kostecki, and Irene Lizzio; as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Emily was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Thill; two brothers: Bob Kostecki and Richard Kostecki, and two sisters, Wanda Young and Gertrude Kolasa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 noon, on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. The Rev. Aaron Becker will officiate. Burial will take place at St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Peplin. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., until the time of service, all at the church.
