Bernice Theresa Malinowski

Bernice T. Malinowski, 94, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at St. Rita’s in Mosinee.

Bernice was born on May 12, 1931, daughter of the late Barney and Selma (Stankowski) Woytasik. She married Walter Malinowski on Oct. 14, 1950, he preceded her in death on May 8, 2022.

Bernice thoroughly enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking and baking. Bernice was a homemaker and co-farmer with her husband and after they retired from farming, she worked in two Mosinee area restaurants.

Bernice is survived by her children; Robert (Rita) Malinowski, Barbara (Chuck) Gering, and James (Debra) Malinowski; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Besides her parents and husband Walter, she was preceded in death by four siblings, Evelyn, Janet, Leonard and Rita.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. Father Aaron Becker will officiate. Burial will take place at St. Paul Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until the time of service, all at the church. Online condolences can be directed to the family at www.bestefh.com.
